For most of my career in healthcare, I focused on the body as a physical system—blood tests, diagnoses, treatments. But over time, I started asking deeper questions. Why do some people heal so quickly, while others struggle for years? Why do thoughts and emotions seem to impact the body so strongly?
The answer began to emerge when I explored something many of us were never taught in school:
We are not just physical beings—we are vibrational beings.
